Harisingh Meena, Deputy Secretary, Home Department, Madhya Pradesh, has been given additional charge of Director, Mukhyamantri Teerth Darshan Yojana and Director, Religious Trust and Endowment. He is a 2011 batch IAS officer of MP cadre.
