Anant Lal Gyani, Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Agriculture Department and CEO-MMS, CMSGUY and Project Director, Assam Infrastructure Financing Authority is also posted as Secretary, Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Department as additional charge, while Partha Pratim Majumdar, Secretary, Social Welfare Department, has been handed over an additional charge of Staff Officer to Chief Secretary.
