IT services major Wipro Limited on Friday declared an interim dividend of Rs 5 per per equity share of par value Rs 2 each for the financial year 2021-22. The company also fixed Wednesday, April 6, 2022 as the record date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of interim dividend. The payment of interim dividend will be made on or before April 24, 2022, it said in a regulatory filing.
