Sanjay Chadha, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, holding the additional charges of CMD, MMTC and PEC Ltd, is said to have joined the fray for the post of Chairman-cum- Managing Director, BEML Limited. He is a 1985 batch IRSME officer.
