Vipul Ujwal, Managing Director, PRTC, Patiala, will also hold the charge of Additional Chief Electoral Officer, Punjab relieving B Srinivasan from the additional charge of CEO, Punjab. Ujwal is a 2009 batch IAS officer of Punjab cadre.
