Vijai Vardhan has been designated as the Chief Secretary of Haryana. He will look over General Administration, Personnel, Training, Parliamentary Affairs, Vigilance and Administrative Reforms Departments. He is a 1985 batch IAS officer of Haryana cadre. Vardhan replaces 1983-batch IAS officer Ms. Keshni Anand Arora who retired on September, 30th.
