Two ICAS officers of 2011 batch have been transferred. Ms Amrita Jain has been posted as Controller of Accounts, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions, New Delhi, while Dr Laboni Das Dutta will take over as Director (Accounts), Department of Fertilizers, New Delhi.
