Two IAS officers get new portfolios in Odisha. Mrs Sujata Rout Karthikeyan has been appointed as Special Secretary, Finance Department, while Mrs Shalini Pandit, Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Health & Family Welfare, will remain in addional charge of Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Department of Mission Shakti and Commissioner-cum- Secretary, Odia Language, Literature & Culture.
