Mrs. Richa Kulkarni has been posted as Assistant Commissioner, Dibrugarh, while , Dr. Om Prakash, MD, SSA Mission will also handle charge of Incharge Director of Land Records & Survey, Assam in addition to his substantive posting till the return of Shantanu P Gotmare, IAS from leave on 31 December 2024.
