Two IAS officers have been handed over new assignments in Haryana. Kulwant Kumar Kalson has been shifted as Special Secretary, Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes, while Mandeep Kaur, Director, Swarna Jayanti Haryana Institute for Fiscal
Management, will also handle charge of Special Secretary, Finance.
