Three IPS officers have been assigned new portfolios in W Bengal. Jawed Shamim has been appointed as ADG & IGP, IB with addl charge of Addl Director, Security, while Manish Joshi takes over as ADC (P) to the Governor and Mrs Santi Das is now Addl SP WBHRC.
