Three IFS officers of AGMUT cadre have been elevated. A K Biswal has been promoted to the PCCF grade in Arunachal Pradesh, while Ritu Raj Singh was elevated to the grade of APCCF and shifted to Arunachal Pradesh from Mizoram. Besides, Tapek Riba was shifted to
Mizoram from Arunachal Pradesh after promotion as CCF.
