Three IAS officers have been transferred in Gujarat. R K Mehta has been appointed as Director of Information, Gandhinagar, while R A Merja will take over as Deputy Municipal Commissioner, Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation, Ahmedabad and D M Solanki was shifted as District Development Officer, Patan.
