Three IAS officers in W Bengal have been transferred and assigned new postings. Mrs Joyoshi Das Gupta has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty, Personnel & Administrative Reforms Department, while Anoop Kumar Aggarwal takes over as Additional Chief Secretary (ACS), Technical Education, Training & Skill Development Department and Prabhat Kumar Mishra will be posted as ACS, I & W Department with additional charges of ACS, WRI&D Department and Project Director, ADMI Project and ACS, P & AR Department
