Three IAS officers in Bihar have been given new portfolios. Kaushal Kishore has been appointed as Director, Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS), Social Welfare Department, while Baidyanath Yadav, Registrar, Cooperative Societies, will hold the additional charge of Special Secretary, Rural Development, Bihar. Besides, Om Prakash Yadav, Special Secretary, Environment, Forest and Climate Change, will also handle charge of CEO, Bihar Board of Open Schooling and Examination (BBOSE), Patna.
