Three IAS officers have been handed over new portfolios in W Bengal. Rajesh Kumar Sinha has been designated as Principal Secretary (PS), Science and Technology and Bio-Technology Department, where Anoop Kumar Aggarwal was shifted as PS, Mass Education Extension and Library Services Department. Besides, Binod Kumar, Municipal Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Kolkata in the rank of PS will also handle charge of PS, Transport Department.
