Ten IAS officers transferred in Punjab

Ten IAS officers have been transferred in Punjab. Alok Shekhar has been designated as ACS- cum-Financial Commissioner, Rural Development & Panchayats, while Dhirendra Kumar Tiwari takes over as ACS, Social Justice, Empowerment and Minorities and Krishan Kumar is now PS, Water Resources and PS, Governance Reforms and Public Grievances. Similarly, Mrs Rakhee Gupta Bhandari will be posted as PS, Food Processing; Nilkanth S Avhad as PS, Water Supply & Sanitation; Ajit Balaji Joshi as Secretary, Agriculture & Farmers' Welfare; Dalraj Singh as Administrative Secretary, Transport with additional charge of Administrative Secretary, Parliamentary Affairs; Amit Dhaka as Administrative Secretary, Planning and in addition Secretary, Mahatma Gandhi State Institute of Public Administration; Mrs Neelima as Commissioner, Agriculture and Gurpreet Singh Khaira is shifted as Director, State Transport.
