Ten IAS officers get new portfolios in Telangana

Ten IAS officers have been shifted and given new portfolios in Telangana. B Bala Maya Devi has been appointed as Commissioner, BC Welfare and Mrs Anita Ramachandran takes over as Commissioner, PR & RD and M Hanumantha Rao was made Special Commissioner, GA (I&PR). Similarly, K Ashok Reddy is shifted as Director, Horticulture; B Gopi, Director, Agriculture, will also hold charge of Commissioner, Fisheries; Mrs A Nirmala Kanthi Wesley as Director, WCD & SC; E Naveen Nicolas as Secretary, Telangana State Public Service Commission; Mrs K Seetha Lakshmi as Secretary, Telangana Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society and G Phaneendra Reddy is now Chief Rationing Officer, Hyderabad.
