Sunil Barthwal has been designated as OSD, Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, and will take over as Secretary, Department of Commerce upon superannuation of B V R Subrahmanyam. He is a 1990 batch IAS officer of Bihar cadre.
