Sanjay Kumar Garg, who is presently working as Chief Administrative Officer (Construction), South, in East Central Railway (ECR), has been transferred to Indian Railway Institute of Civil Engineering (IRICEN), Pune, and posted as Additional Director General (ADG), Senior Supervisor Training Wing (SSTW). He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
