Six senior IPS officers get fresh assignment in UP

Six senior DG and ADG level IPS officers in UP have been given new assignments . Gopal Lal Meena has been appointed as DG, CBCID, while Anand Kumar was posted as DG, Fire Services and given additional charge of DG, Prisons and Dr Rajendra Pal Singh is now DG, Directorate of Police Training. Similarly, Rajkumar Vishwakarma, Chairman, Police Recruitment and Promotion Board, has been given additional charge of DG, EOW; Renuka Mishra will join as ADG, SIT and R K Swarnakar was appointed as ADG, Police Recruitment Board.
