Silabiladra Das, Professor (Trainset), Indian Railways Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (IRIMEE), has been selected for deputation as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region (MDoNER), Delhi, for a period of four years. He is an Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRMSE) officer.
