Shaikh Amin Kham Yasin Khan will join the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) as Deputy Secretary under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of four years on deputation basis. He belongs to 2011 batch IRS(C&IT) officer.
