Seven IAS officers have been given new portfolios in UP. Akhand Pratap Singh was made DM Deoria, where Jitendra Pratap Singh is now DM Baghpat and Neha Prakash takes over as DM Auraiya. Similarly, Prakash Chandra Srivastava has been posted as DM Pratapgarh; Dr. Nitin Bansal as Special Secretary, Home; Kritka as DM, Shravasti and Rajkamal Yadav is shifted as Addl Director, Industries, Kanpur.
