Seven IAS officers get new portfolios in Rajasthan

The Rajasthan government has shifted seven IAS officers. Sudhansh Pant has been appointed as Director General, Rajasthan Institute of Public Administration (RIPA) and Ex-officio ACS, Training, while Mrs Manju Rajpal was made Secretary, Rural Development Department and State Mission Director, Livelihood Projects and Self Help Groups and Kumarpal Gautam will take over as the Excise Commissioner. Joga Ram, Secretary, Autonomous Department, has been given the additional charge as Project Director, RUIDP; Dr Krishna Kant Pathak will be posted as Secretary, Finance (Revenue); Namrata Vrishni as Joint Secretary, Finance (Taxation) and Karan Singh is now Special Secretary, Higher Education.
