The Central Government has constituted the State Level Expert Appraisal Committee, (SEAC) for the State of Odisha, to assist the State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority, Odisha. Sashi Paul, IFoS, retired PCCF (Wildlife), Odisha, has been designated as Chairman of SEAC, Odisha.
