Santosa Kumar Pal, GM, SECL, who was selected for the post of Director (Technical), South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL), is in lieu for his appointment orders. He is expected to succeed present Director (Technical) R K Nigam retiring on October 31, 2020.
