Sanjay Sethi, Chairman, Jawahar Lal Nehru Port Trust, Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, has been granted in-situ upgradation in the rank and pay of Additional Secretary to the GoI. He belongs to 1992 batch IAS officer of Maharashtra cadre.
