Rupesh Kumar Thakur, Joint Secretary & CVO, Ministry of Labour & Employment, has been entrusted with an additional charge of CVO, Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) for a period of three months. He is a 2006 batch IAS officer of AGMUT cadre.
