Rishi Gupta, formerly Chief Signal and Telecom Engineer (CSTE), Planning, East Central Railway (ECR), has been selected for deputation to Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd (RVNL) as General Manager (Signal & Telecommunication), CO, for a period of five years from the date of relief on June 1, 2022. He is an Indian Railway Service of Signal Engineers (IRSSE) officer.
