Rajesh Kumar, Director, UPSC, has been shifted to the Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change (MoEF&CC) in the grade of Deputy Secretary/Director of CSS cadre and will work as Secretary to Commission for Air Quality Management (AQM) in NCR and adjoining areas.
