Rajesh Kumar has been elevated to the grade of Principal Chief Controller of Accounts (Pr CCA) (HAG) in the ICAS and posted as DG, Institute of Government Accounts and Finance (INGAF), New Delhi, following promotion. He is a 1993 batch ICAS officer.
