Prakash Upadhyay, who is being relieved from the post of Additional Divisional Railway Manager (ADRM), Pune, in Central Railway (CR), has been transferred to Indian Railways Institute of Civil Engineering (IRICEN) and posted as Senior Professor. He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
