The ACC has approved in-situ upgradation of the post held by Vikram Dev Dutt as Director General, Directorate General of Civil Aviation, Ministry of Civil Aviation in the rank and pay of Secretary to GoI. He is a 1993 batch IAS officer of AGMUT cadre.
