Prashant Kumar Singh has been designated as Officer on Special Duty, Ministry of New and Renewable Energy in the rank and pay of Secretary to the GoI. The officer will take over the charge on September 30, 2024. He is a 1993 batch IAS officer of Manipur cadre.
