Niraj Kumar, Chief Public Relation Officer (CPRO), GRC, South Eastern Railway (SER), has been chosen for deputation to Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) for the post of Assistant Director General at Regional Office, Ranchi, for a period of five years. He is an Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer.
