Nine IPS officers get new portfolios in Punjab

Eight IPS officers have been assigned new portfolios in Punjab. B Chandra Sekhar has been posted as Director, Bureau of Investigation, Punjab, while J Elanchezhian was made SSP, Khanna and Sandeep Garg takes charge as SSP, Patiala. Similarly, Harcharan Singh will be posted as AIG Intelligence, Punjab, SAS Nagar; Deepak Pareek as SSP, Mansa; Dayama Harish Omprakash as SSP, Kapurthala and Gaurav Toora is now SSP, Batala. Besides, AK Pandey has been elevated to the ADGP rank.
