Ms Alka Bhargava, Additional Secretary, Department of Agriculture, Cooperation & Farmers Welfare, has been assigned premature repatriation in order to avail of the benefit of promotion in the cadre. She belongs to 1987 batch IFS officer of Assam-Meghalaya cadre.
