Manvendra Pratap Singh, Secretary, Act East Policy Affairs Department in Assam, holding additional charge of MD, Assam Industrial Development Corporation Ltd. (AIDC), will also handle charge of MD, Assam Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (AIIDC). He is a 2012 batch IAS officer.
