The tenure of Madhu S Nair as the Chairman and Managing Director of Cochin Shipyard Limited has been prolonged for a further period of five years with effect from January 1, 2021. Nair, who joined on January 1, 2016, completed his first tenure on December 31, 2020. He will continue until December 31, 2025.
