Dr (Ms) Kavitha Gotru has been designated as Chief Controller of Accounts (CCA), Ministry of Industry, New Delhi. She will also hold additional charge of CCA, Department of Commerce & Ministry of Textiles, New Delhi. She is a 1998 batch ICAS officer.
