K Padmaja, who is currently working as Chief Passenger Traffic Manager (CPTM) in South Central Railway (SCR), has been appointed as Chief Freight Traffic Manager (CFTM) on the Railway itself in place of B Nagya. She is an Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer.
