Justice Rajesh Bindal, senior-most Judge of Calcutta High Court, has been designated as acting Chief Justice of that High Court. He will take charge on April 29, 2021, a day after incumbent Justice Thottathil Bhaskaran Nair Radhakrishnan superannates.
