Justice Akula Venkata Sesha Sai, senior-most Judge of Andhra Pradesh High Court, has been given to perform the duties of Acting Chief Justice of that High Court with effect from the date when incumbent Chief Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra relinquishes the charge consequent upon his appointment as a Judge of the Supreme Court.
