IPS officers shifted in Karnataka

IPS officers have been given new postings in Karnataka. Alok Mohan has been posted as DGP and Commandant General, Home Guards, ex-officio Director, Civil Defence and Director, Fire Force, Head of Special Disaster Response Force, while Soumendu Mukherjee is elevated as ADGP and appointed ADGP, Police Computer Wing. Similarly, M Chandra Sekhar will be posted as Additional Commissioner of Police, East, Bengaluru City; N Sateesh Kumar as IGP, North Eastern Range, Kalaburgi; Raman Gupta is elevated as IGP and posted as IGP, Northern Range, Belagavi; B R Ravikanthe Gowda is elevated as IGP and posted as IGP, Central Zone, Bengaluru; Iada Martin Marbaniang is elevated as DIGP and appointed DIGP, Recruitment; Dr Arun K is elevated as SP and appointed as SP & Principal, Police Training School, Kalaburgi; Amathe Vikram is posted as SP, Intelligence and Mahaning Nandagavi will take over as SP, Intelligence.
