IAS officers transferred in Uttarakhand

Senior IAS officers have been given new portfolios in Uttarakhand. Ashish Chauhan has been designated as DM, Pithoragarh, where Vandana Singh joins as DM, Almora, and Himanshu Khurana will join as, DM, Chamoli. Similarly, Vinay Shankar Pandey will be posted as DM, Haridwar with additional charge of Vice Chairman, Haridwar-Roorkee Development Authority; C Ravishankar as Additional Secretary, Finance, Medical Education & DG, Medical Education; Anand Swarup as Additional Secretary and Commissioner, Rural Development and Registrar, Cooperatives; Dr Ashish Kumar Shrivastava as Additional Secretary, IT, Science & Technology and Director, ITDA; Nitin Singh Bhadoria as Additional Secretary, Drinking Water and Mission Director, Jal Jeevan Mission (Rural); Ms Swati Bhadoria as Additional Secretary, Civil Aviation & Culture and MD, GMVN and DG, Culture and Ashish Bhatgain is now Chief Development Officer, Udham Singh Nagar. Besides, IAS officers have been handed over additional charge in addition to their present responsibilities. Mrs. Radha Ratauri has been given the additional charge of ACS, Higher Education; Deepak Rawat gets concurrent charge of Kumbh Mela Officer; Hari Chanda Semwal of Secretary, Minor Irrigation, Religious Endowments and Culture; Dr Pankaj Pandey of Secretary, Sugar- Sugarcane and MD, Uttarakhand Sugar Federation; Dr R Rajesh Kumar of CEO, Smart City, Dehradun; Vinod Kumar Suman of Secretary (Incharge), Secretariat Administration and Savin Bansal gets additional charge of Project Director, UEAP/UDRP.
