Senior IAS officers have been given new portfolios in Uttarakhand. Mrs Manisha Panwar has been appointed as ACS, Finance, where Anand Vardhan was designated as ACS, Home & Jail and R Meenakshi Sundaram takes charge as Secretary, Agriculture & Farmer Welfare. Similarly, Nitesh Kumar Jha will be posted as Secretary and Director, Panchayati Raj; Dr R Rajesh as DM, Dehradun; Mrs. Radhika Jha as Secretary, School Education (Primary and Middle Education), Industrial Development and MSME; Mrs. Saujanya as Secretary, Energy & Alternative Energy; Dr Ranjeet Kumar Sinha as Secretary, Home & Jail; S A Murugan as Secretary, Sports, Youth Welfare & Director, Sports; Harishchandra Semwal as Secretary, Irrigation; Pankaj Pandey as Secretary, Revenue; Brijesh Kumar Sant as Vice Chairman, Mussoorie-Dehradun Development Authority; Bhupal Singh Manral as Secretary (Incharge), Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs; Vijay Kumar Yadav as Secretary (Incharge), Skill Development and Employment; Dr Neeraj Kherwal as Secretary (Incharge), Rural Works Department and MD, Uttarakhand Transport Corporation; Deepak Rawat as MD, UPCL, MD, PTCUL and Director, UREDA; Vinod Kumar Suman as Secretary (Incharge), General Administration, Protocol and Ranveer Singh Chauhan was made Commissioner, Excise.
