Hindi Pakhwada and Hindi Day Ceremony organized at NBCC (India) Limited

In order to increase the use of Hindi in official work and to publicize the possibilities of working in Hindi, NBCC (India) Limited organized Hindi Pakhwada from 14th September. On this occasion, Hindi Diwas Ceremony was organized on 27th September, 2024 under the chairmanship of Chairman and Managing Director.

 

During Hindi Pakhwada, Hindi crossword puzzle competition and Hindi extempore competition were organized. The objective of these competitions was to propagate the official language Hindi among the personnel and senior officers and to promote Hindi in office work.

 

The message of the Honorable Minister of Home Affairs and Cooperation was read out at the Hindi Diwas ceremony chaired by the Chairman and Managing Director on 27th September, 2024. On this occasion, the Chairman and Managing Director of NBCC in his address said that I am happy that the interest in working in Hindi is increasing in the company.

 

Despite being associated with the construction sector, the work being done in Hindi in the company is quite praiseworthy. He further said that the innovative experiment of connecting Hindi with technology is very good and it should be continued in future as well. He stressed that cooperation of all is required to achieve the goals set by the Department of Official Language, Ministry of Home Affairs.

 

Referring to the achievements made by NBCC in the field of Hindi, he stressed on increasing the use of Hindi in office work. CMD encouraged all personnel by issuing an appeal to do government work in Hindi.

 

During this, a special Hindi seminar was organized, in which the senior officials of the company participated enthusiastically. In the seminar, Professor Sudha Upadhyay, Delhi University delivered a lecture on the topic of Hindi language-current perspective and possibilities.

 

In the ceremony, the winning participants of Hindi crossword puzzle competition and Hindi extempore competition were awarded by the Chairman and Managing Director.

 

Chief Vigilance Officer, Senior Executive Director (HRM) and Senior Executive Director (Coordination) along with other officers were present in the Hindi Diwas ceremony.
