Himanshu Gunawat, Coaching Depot Officer, Guwahati, Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR), has been selected for deputation to the Department of Commerce under the Ministry of Commerce and Finance to the post of Deputy Development Commissioner (DDC), Kandla SEZ (KASEZ), Gandhidham, for a period of three years. He is an Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) officer.
