H Atheli has been approved pro-forma elevation to Senior Administrative Grade (SAG) of ICAS on his completion of 3 year tenure on Foreign Deputation as Advisor to ED, Asian Development Bank, Manila, Philippines and posted as Chief Controller of Accounts, Ministry of Finance, New Delhi, upon his joining the cadre.2002 batch ICAS officer.
